iXVL Player is a professional 3D model viewing application designed for iPad and iPhone devices, enabling users to effectively display and analyze XVL files and content generated from iXVL Publisher. The application facilitates comprehensive interaction with 3D models, including rotation, panning, zooming, and the exploration of assembly hierarchies and part properties. It also supports the visualization of predefined snapshots and walkthroughs, making it a valuable tool within manufacturing and engineering contexts for detailed model inspection alongside technical data.

<li>Compatibility with XVL files created exclusively with iXVL Publisher, significantly reducing file size (typically less than 1% of the original CAD data).</li>

<li>Visualization of assembly trees for better understanding of component hierarchies.</li>

<li>Built-in icons facilitating fit-to-screen view, original viewpoint restoration, and toggling between shaded and wireframe modes.</li>
<li>Adjustable display fidelity through three levels of rendering accuracy.</li>
<li>Interactive links within models that open related web pages via Safari when tapped.</li>
<li>Simplified file management through iTunes transfer, web URL downloads, listing, and swipe-to-delete capabilities for XVL files.</li>
<li>Inclusion of six sample XVL files for demonstration purposes.</li>
<li>Support for custom URL schemes and document types, enhancing integration flexibility.</li>
<li>Secure handling of encrypted XVL files using XVL Signer technology.</li>
<li>Playback functionality for process sequences, disassembly procedures, and event-based animations.</li>
